The Network of Korean American Leaders (NetKAL) Fellowship Program will assemble a dynamic and diverse group of 24 – 26 highly qualified individuals for the eleventh cohort program (i.e., NetKAL XI), which will run from June 2022 to October 2022 in Los Angeles, Colorado Springs, and Washington, DC.

The NetKAL XI Fellowship Program is held one weekend each month for five consecutive months. The weekend sessions are designed to combine theoretical understanding of leadership, practical skills, experiential learning, and peer-to-peer learning. The weekend sessions begin with Friday night dinner and discussions. Saturday events include morning workshops, afternoon field trips, and active conversations with Korean American leaders. Finally, Sunday sessions are a half-day, beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 12:00 pm local time.

Between each in-person weekend gathering, fellows will meet in smaller groups to do group projects and accountability meetings to keep our fellowship community connected, motivated, and encouraged over this five month program. Fellows should plan for approximately 5 – 7 hours per month outside of the in-person weekend.
