The Network of Korean American Leaders (NetKAL) Fellowship Program will assemble a dynamic and diverse group of up-to 15 highly qualified individuals for the twelfth cohort program (i.e., NetKAL XII), which will run from April 2023 to August 2023 in California, Montana, New York City and Boston.
The NetKAL XII Fellowship Program is held one weekend each month for five consecutive months. The weekend sessions are designed to combine theoretical understanding of leadership, practical skills, experiential learning, and peer-to-peer learning. The weekend sessions begin with Friday night dinner and discussions. Saturday events include morning workshops, afternoon field trips, and active conversations with Korean American leaders. Finally, Sunday sessions are a half-day, beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 12:00 pm local time.

Please make sure to block off the above weekend dates — Friday to Sunday. To ensure Fellows receive the full experience, accepted Fellows are required to attend each in-person weekend event.
Between each in-person weekend gathering, Fellows will meet in smaller groups to do group projects and accountability meetings to keep our fellowship community connected, motivated, and encouraged over this five month program. Fellows should plan for approximately 5 – 7 hours per month outside of the in-person weekend.
