The Network of Korean American Leaders (NetKAL) Fellowship Program will assemble a dynamic and diverse group of up-to 15 highly qualified individuals for the fourteenth cohort program (i.e., NetKAL XIV), which will run from April 2026 to August 2026. 

The NetKAL XIV Fellowship Program is held one weekend each month for five consecutive months. The weekend sessions are designed to combine theoretical understanding of leadership, practical skills, experiential learning, and peer-to-peer learning.

Outside of weekend one, NetKAL weekend sessions begin Saturday morning and end on
Sundays at approximately 1:00 p.m. local time. Fellows are to arrive no later than 9 pm local
time on Friday and must be on time for all monthly weekend sessions. We will notify Fellows in
advance about weekends that vary from this format.

Please make sure to block off the above weekend dates — Friday to Sunday. To ensure Fellows receive the full experience, accepted Fellows are required to attend each in-person weekend event.

Between each in-person weekend gathering, Fellows will meet in smaller groups to do group projects and accountability meetings to keep our fellowship community connected, motivated, and encouraged over this five month program. Fellows should plan for approximately 5 – 7 hours per month outside of the in-person weekend.
