Dr. Chul Ho Kim is currently the President of IIPAC (International IP ADR Center), which was organized in early 2014, under the umbrella of Korea Patent Trademark office with New School President, David Zandt, as the Chairman of the Board, with its USA entity incorporated in Virginia, a Greater Washington D.C. Region. He served as a General Counsel at KAIST from 2009 to 2014 and as the Head Professor of KAIST MIP (Mater of Intellectual Property) Program at the Business School from 2004-2014. He also served a Visiting Professor at Seoul National University Business School and Graduate School of International Studies from 2000 to 2004. Prior to his professorship, Dr. Kim was a Partner at Swartz Law Firm from 1982 to 2000 and an Associate Lawyer at Kindel and Anderson Law Firm from 1980 to 1982
Dr. Kim’s field of study is in Intellectual Capital Management and International Negotiations. He received his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University, School of Law in New York, New York (1975-1978). He did his Research Fellowship specializing in East Asian Legal Studies at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA (1974-1975). He received his B.A. from the College of Liberal Arts, Department of Diplomacy at Seoul National University, South Korea in 1974.
