NetKAL V – Week 1 – “Unearthing Foundations”

The latest cohort of the Network of Korean American Leaders (NetKAL) Fellowship Program opened with an off-site weekend in rural Maryland over March 27-28, 2010.

24 outstanding individuals were selected to join NetKAL V after a rigorous application process, which saw the most competitive field of applicants yet. The accepted Fellows include senior level government officials, leading executives from major corporations and non-profits, entrepreneurs and notable Fellows from entertainment, media, and academia. The diversity of the Fellows’ backgrounds is matched by their geographic origins: NetKAL V includes eleven Fellows from metropolitan Washington, DC; nine from metropolitan New York, and one each from London, Houston, Boston, and San Francisco. The NetKAL V Fellowship Program will run from March to August of 2010 in Washington, DC and New York, NY.
